Responsibilities

  • Collate and maintain a structured repository of best practices, key initiatives, and implementation challenges across programmes, enabling systematic cross-programme knowledge exchange.
  • Build, organize, and maintain a highly intuitive knowledge repository. Categorize information into meaningful buckets so it is easily searchable and immediately useful for team members preparing for state leadership meetings or strategic planning.
  • Effectively disseminate key learnings to the wider team. Translate synthesized data into engaging written communications (emails, newsletters), presentation decks, and active contributions during weekly team meetings.
  • Critically evaluate the information we are collecting to identify missing pieces or blind spots in our programmatic understanding. Proactively communicate these gaps to the relevant state teams and create necessary resources to bridge them.
