- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
- Manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition.
- Build caseload with steady client referrals during your first few weeks.
- Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Join weekly drop-ins and engage in a tight-knit clinical community.
