  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service implementations
  • 5+ years of experience designing and building Salesforce solutions
  • Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or architect role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Field Service implementations
  • Design solutions for dispatching, scheduling optimization, mobile workforce, and field operations
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and technical requirements
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and related platform products
  • Build or support complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Contribute across declarative and programmatic development as needed
  • Partner with project managers to define scope, estimates, and technical roadmaps
  • Ensure technical delivery aligns with solution architecture
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, developers, and administrators
  • Provide clear technical documentation and implementation guidance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
  • Present technical solutions and explain trade-offs in a clear, business-friendly manner
