- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Set clear KPIs, activity targets, and performance expectations
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Build a high-performance, accountable team culture
- Oversee onboarding and ramp-up for new sales hires
- Deliver ongoing training on sales processes, communication, and product knowledge
- Improve sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices
- Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements at each stage
- Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and data tracking
