  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Set clear KPIs, activity targets, and performance expectations
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Build a high-performance, accountable team culture
  • Oversee onboarding and ramp-up for new sales hires
  • Deliver ongoing training on sales processes, communication, and product knowledge
  • Improve sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices
  • Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements at each stage
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and data tracking
