Requirements

  • 5+ years in ecommerce sales, business development, or account management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem, and digital agency landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage with key clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, engineering) to develop customized solutions aligned with client business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate Domaine’s value.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and client conversations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and client engagement. Use data to optimize strategy and decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
