Requirements
- Master’s degree in public health, Statistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or applied research
- Proven track record working with quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations for monitoring, evaluating, and learning from program data
- Skilled in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets for accuracy and usability
- Proficient in statistical methods, qualitative coding, and mixed-methods evaluation
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear, compelling dashboards and reports
- Strong skills in presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, R, Python, Stata, SAS, NVivo, Dedoose, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for program adjustments
Responsibilities
- Support management of program data across multiple sources
- Develop clear, actionable reports and dashboards tracking key outcomes
- Support data collection, cleaning, merging, and quality assurance
- Manage program evaluation data to inform planning and strategy
- Track training and technical assistance outcomes and recommend improvements
- Support evaluation, operational research, and learning activities
- Provide technical assistance to healthcare organizations, public health agencies, and partners
- Stay current on digital health technologies, policies, and trends
