- 3-5+ years of experience in production, project management, resource management and/or operations at a production company, creative agency or in-house creative department.
- 3-5+ years experience in building teams and thoughtful career development for direct reports in various creative field(s).
- Proven ability to simplify complex systems, streamline workflows, reduce handoffs, and eliminate inefficiencies, with a strong inclination towards implementing radical change.
- Systems thinker with the ability to proactively identify and solve for gaps in processes, and appetite for adapting to an always changing competitive landscape.
- Experience with AI- or automation-enhanced operations and a clear understanding of their revolutionary potential and impact.
- Innate attention to detail, highly organized and has excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams at once.
- Able to establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners across the organization and effectively represent the Brand Marketing team. Excellent communication skills and collaboration-first spirit.
- Confident working within and owning key project management tools (Asana or other comparable tools, G-Suite, etc) and familiar with creative related tools/software of the trade (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch, etc).
- Digital Asset Management organization experience.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a collaborative creative culture in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of production designers, video editors and project managers who will collaborate closely with the US based team(s).
- Lead teamwide operational excellence and hygienic practices through efficient use of resources, tooling, and brand team processes.
- Drive the vision, procurement, and implementation of key creative tooling and systems management. Continuously monitoring industry trends, tools, and technologies to foster innovation and efficiency.
- Own teamwide project intake, trafficking and resource management / allocation.
- Organize regular reporting on brand team project statuses and qualitative data to inform long term strategic decision making.
- Identify gaps and support the visioning of key team processes and operations, ultimately evangelizing those standards across the company to drive adoption and consistency.
- Draft and manage project plans and expectations, ensuring error-free, on-brief, on-time, legally compliant, and on-budget results.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Production and Brand Management teams to effectively resource creative needs, properly scope projects and create workback schedules.
