  • At least 2+ years of experience managing certification programs and/or LMS operations at a global scale.
  • Strong expertise in LMS platforms, learning technologies, automation tools, and vendor management.
  • Proven ability to design and scale structured, data-driven certification or training programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and other go-to-market teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for global certification programs in collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Partners, and Instructional Design teams.
  • Own the full certification lifecycle, including exam delivery, renewals, governance, and vendor coordination to ensure operational excellence and scalability.
  • Manage and optimize LMS platforms and integrations, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, user access control, and seamless learner experiences.
  • Drive automation and standardization of certification operations, including credential issuance, renewal processes, and AI-enabled support workflows.
  • Track, analyze, and report key learning and certification metrics such as engagement, adoption, renewal compliance, and program impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design engagement initiatives that increase certification participation and strengthen product adoption.
  • Gather learner feedback and system data to continuously improve certification programs and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in certifications, learning technologies, and AI-driven education to evolve program strategy.
