Requirements

- Experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, FP&A, or compensation operations within a structured corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large and complex datasets.
- Solid understanding of sales commission structures, incentive plans, and compensation methodologies.
- Proficiency in compensation systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and enhancement of sales compensation programs and commission models aligned with business objectives.
- Administer sales compensation processes, including quota templates, bonus calculations, commission payouts, and performance tracking.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales incentive results through compensation systems and internal platforms.
- Analyze compensation trends, benchmark data, and labor market insights to support informed recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements related to sales compensation.
- Support system enhancements and process improvements for sales compensation tools and reporting portals.
- Prepare and manage compensation-related reports, data extracts, and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
