Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel management, or ecosystem roles within insurtech, insurance, or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage complex partner networks including system integrators, consultants, or technology alliances
  • Strong understanding of the insurance ecosystem (carriers, brokers, MGAs, and related platforms)
  • Demonstrated success in driving partner-led revenue and scaling co-sell motions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive influencing capabilities
  • Ability to travel 20–30% for partner engagements and industry events
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Own partner-sourced revenue targets through joint business planning, forecasting, and co-sell execution across strategic alliances
  • Design and operationalize the ecosystem delivery framework that enables partners to act as an extension of internal delivery teams
  • Build and manage partner enablement and certification programs to ensure technical and functional mastery of platform capabilities
  • Develop and monitor partner performance scorecards tracking implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery outcomes
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for Tier-1 global partners, driving alignment from contract to execution
  • Act as a bridge between partners, sales, and product teams, feeding insights into product improvements and go-to-market strategy
