Requirements
- 7+ years of business development experience and 10+ years in SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Proven success in channel sales, reseller partnerships, or new market launches
- Strong experience selling into or through payroll, HR, or financial systems ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Strong analytical and business acumen with CRM and sales tools proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies across channel and enterprise SaaS markets
- Source, qualify, and close high-value deals through reseller and partner ecosystems
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with strategic channel partners
- Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and internal teams
- Deliver market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to leadership and product teams
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercialization teams to refine offerings and positioning
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline to support revenue predictability
