Requirements
- OmniStudio Mastery: Expert knowledge of OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
- Industry Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one Industry Cloud (e.g., Vlocity/Communications Cloud, Energy & Utilities, or Health Cloud).
- Web Technologies: Strong understanding of JSON structure, REST APIs, and CSS (for styling FlexCards/OmniScripts).
- Architectural Logic: Ability to map complex business processes into branching logic and calculation matrices.
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (Essential)
- Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer (Highly Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Responsibilities
- Design and build dynamic, branded customer flows using OmniScripts.
- Create modular, data-driven user interfaces using FlexCards.
- Configure DataRaptors and Integration Procedures to extract, transform, and load data between Salesforce and external APIs.
- Implement industry-specific functionality such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Attribute-Based Pricing, or Advanced Approvals.
- Optimize Integration Procedures to ensure fast UI response times and efficient handling of large data payloads.
- Use Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) only when declarative OmniStudio tools reach their functional limits.
