Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer
- Comfortable working with Python 3.8+
- Deep experience in designing and building scalable backends and REST APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, and pydantic
- Strong grasp of modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- Real experience building solutions that use LLMs
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in CLI environments (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex CLI, Amp)
- Understanding of orchestrating multi-step engineering tasks for AI agents
- Familiarity with plan-execute-review workflows using AI agents
- Understanding of compound AI systems
- Proficiency in context engineering for team collaboration
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Experience with the AWS serverless stack
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Develop the AI magic that powers our language learning platform
- Orchestrate multi-step engineering tasks using AI coding agents
- Break down complex features into agent-executable chunks
- Review AI-generated code critically
- Maintain architectural integrity of AI-driven solutions
- Set up and maintain shared configuration files (agents.md, CLAUDE.md, custom skills/plugins) for team collaboration
- Share configurations across teams to ensure consistent AI-assisted development
- Implement plan-execute-review workflows with AI agents
- Orchestrate multiple AI tools in the development workflow
