  • Analytical mindset: ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills: ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for online products targeting Europe and the U.S.
  • Organize and manage marketing activities across multiple channels.
  • Lead project execution, oversee all stages of program launches, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Allocate and monitor marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Identify new ideas to improve key metrics, optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel, and test hypotheses for scalable growth.
  • Implement content strategies that support product promotion and audience engagement.
  • Achieve SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) targets through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, agencies, and external partners.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights on performance and results.
