  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns, outreach, and engagement
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data
  • Support lead generation and digital marketing initiatives across platforms
  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and priorities for leadership
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings aligned with business goals
  • Ensure smooth operational workflows across marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain a centralized content library for marketing assets
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all campaigns
  • Organize and repurpose content for efficient distribution
  • Use GoHighLevel (GHL) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and lead management
  • Build surveys and forms using Typeform or Jotform
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance
  • Conduct market and audience research to improve positioning and messaging
  • Support creation of video content and marketing materials
  • Contribute ideas to improve campaigns and engagement
