Requirements

  • 5–8 years in marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaigns
  • Progressive ownership of metrics and systems
  • Hands-on Shopify experience
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience (or similar email platform)
  • Strong copywriting skills (email, product descriptions, review messaging, brand voice)
  • Search optimization (Google SEO, Amazon keywords, marketplace visibility)
  • Analytical skills (reads data, draws conclusions, acts on them)
  • Familiarity with 2+ of Shopify, Amazon, or retail e-commerce
  • Excellent English writing
  • Experience working remotely
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets
  • Proficiency with ClickUp
  • Proficiency with Canva
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Design and build a review request system across DTC and Amazon
  • Ensure eligible orders receive review requests; track and iterate on results
  • Own Klaviyo—campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing
  • Build lifecycle sequences (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, VIP)
  • Report on open rates, CTR, and revenue impact weekly
  • Optimize product listings and copy across Shopify, Amazon, and Nordstrom
  • Improve keyword ranking and organic visibility on Amazon and Nordstrom
  • Drive organic traffic to Shopify through Google SEO
  • Identify and fix conversion barriers on the DTC storefront
  • Manage the master marketing calendar across DTC, retail, and email
  • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and on-time execution
  • Pull weekly performance reports; partner with Finance/Ops on launches
