Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops (management consulting, startup ops & analytics, or hybrid path)
  • Personally shipped data products, models, or AI-powered systems into production
  • Excellent numerical skills, with additional technical background or education strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with how Sales or Marketing teams actually operate
  • Worked in the messy middle between business strategy and technical execution
  • Self-sufficient operator, able to run an end-to-end workstream without needing scaffolding
  • Have managed a team of analysts before, or are excited about the opportunity to do so
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – don't need a playbook to figure out what to work on next
  • Experience with marketplaces, AI software, and/or high-growth startups preferred
  • Restaurant industry experience is a plus
  • Claude is a must
  • SQL skills are a plus
  • Python skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive analytics and strategy end-to-end for either Sales or Marketing org.
  • Work directly with the CRO or CMO and their leadership team to identify the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Build the analyses, tools, and AI-powered systems that turn opportunities into results.
  • Own GTM analytics for your function: build visibility into performance metrics across the funnel.
  • Power the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with the analyses and metrics that matter.
  • Strategize across the funnel: support spend allocation decisions, shape our GTM motion, and bring rigor to strategic questions.
  • Direct the pod: Set priorities and direction for analytics and applied AI work, guiding Associates.
  • Build AI-powered tools that drive incremental value, such as automated outbound campaigns and intelligent engagement cadences.
  • Experiment with new channels and build playbooks for repeatable experimentation.
  • Accelerate impact with AI: Establish how your function and the broader BizOps team uses AI to multiply output.
