Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 7 years of extensive technical experience in variety of application development, software development, machine learning or analytics
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, technical, and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with demonstrated experience in business analysis and solution design.
- Proven adaptability and success working in fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, including designing and building denormalized data structures within SQL Server environments.
- Leadership capabilities, including guiding work direction, mentoring team members, providing constructive feedback, and influencing outcomes across teams.
- Understanding of product and process engineering within healthcare environments, including workflow optimization and operational impact.
- Awareness of security implications across domains, ensuring solutions align with compliance, privacy, and organizational security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in AI and Machine Learning to support and advance Prime’s strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.
- Influence senior leadership on AI strategy, best practices, and opportunities for efficiency and data‑driven decision making.
- Promote organizational awareness and understanding of AI capabilities, processes, and value.
- Oversee the development of AI systems and provide direction to team members to ensure alignment across subsystems and development efforts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
