Requirements
- Several years of project experience in Machine Learning, AI, and modern data processing.
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
- Strong Python skills and practical experience with common ML/AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AI ecosystems (Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering, including agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain or LlamaIndex).
- Holistic understanding of API development and cloud architectures.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex AI concepts and advising clients.
- Ideally, a solid foundation in SQL or modern Data Warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Initial experience with Vector databases (e.g., Vertex AI Vector Search, Azure AI Search or pgvector).
- Machine Learning / AI certifications in Google and Azure, or willingness to acquire them (knowledge in AWS Bedrock is a plus).
- Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern Machine-Learning solutions to solve complex customer challenges.
- Build and integrate innovative Generative AI solutions, RAG architectures, and modern Agentic Tools.
- Orchestrate and utilize AI services from leading Hyperscalers (Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry).
- Ensure smooth integration of ML models into productive systems through professional engineering and MLOps.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and consultation to customers from initial ideation (PoC) to successful productive rollout of AI applications.
- Monitor the AI market, evaluate new technologies, and actively contribute to the development of the "Data & AI Area".
