- Definition of CRM standards (Naming, Stages, Logic) and ensuring highest data hygiene.
- Coordination between Sales, Marketing, IT and Finance as well as support for tool integrations (e.g. Odoo).
- Optimization of scalable Sales workflows (Lead-to-Cash) for complex Cloud and Service portfolios.
- Standardization of Deal types, Forecast categories and clear Sales Stages.
- Ongoing monitoring of pipeline performance, conversion rates and team KPIs in close consultation with management.
- Building a measurable KPI system and meaningful dashboards for C-Level.
- Creation of performance reports and funnel analyses including derivation of concrete recommendations for action.
- Preparation of well-founded decision-making bases for active sales management.
