Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including paid and organic social, bonus e-commerce or retail-focused designs on Amazon
- Strong skills in static design, video editing, and motion animation for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snap, X, etc.)
- Content creation experience, with the ability to quickly shoot content to fill client asset gaps
- Strong understanding of how design impacts performance on paid social platforms
- Solid foundation in design principles, including form, color, texture, and typography across digital and print mediums
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe
- AI-fluent, with the ability to incorporate AI into design processes
- Ability to interpret and apply centralized style guides and patterns to both existing and new assets with minimal supervision
- Experience building Amazon assets, including PDPs (Product Detail Pages), Brand Storefronts, A+ Content, and Premium A+ modules (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Produce engaging edits using motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to strengthen storytelling and performance
- Create and produce high-quality, high-volume, high-performing design solutions across a range of clients for paid social
- Design paid social assets across multiple platforms, considering diverse placements and safe zones
- Apply brand guidelines to develop cohesive and compelling visual storytelling
- Quickly learn the nuances of designing for specific channels, including commerce/retail and social
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually engaging and effective digital designs for websites, retail platforms, social media, and other digital channels
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Design with performance in mind by leveraging data and reporting to optimize creative outcomes
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance design capabilities
