Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and basic administrative functions.
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- SQL knowledge or experience working with large datasets is a plus.
- Familiarity with EdTech, SaaS, or B2B go-to-market environments is preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage recurring revenue reporting, including pipeline metrics, bookings, conversion rates, renewals, and forecast performance.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives such as territory planning, board reporting, and performance reviews.
- Support forecasting cycles through data preparation, pipeline inspection, accuracy validation, and trend analysis.
- Monitor pipeline health, stage progression, deal movement, and sales activity trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Improve forecast reliability by enhancing reporting processes and promoting operational consistency.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and data structures while ensuring data integrity and governance.
- Support CRM optimization initiatives, including field updates, user requests, and system enhancements.
- Track go-to-market KPIs and performance metrics across revenue teams and lifecycle stages.
- Contribute to strategic projects such as system integrations, process improvements, and scalable reporting infrastructure development.
