Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in business systems administration, systems support, or similar hands-on technical operations role
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing Airtable bases
  • Experience supporting SaaS tools such as CRM, LMS, finance, or collaboration platforms
  • Strong ability to implement system-based solutions rather than only documenting requirements
  • Basic IT support experience including user access management and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, data structure design, or iterative/agile delivery methods is a plus
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of key business systems, with a primary focus on Airtable
  • Build and maintain Airtable bases, including tables, relationships, automations, workflows, and data validation rules
  • Ensure systems are structured, scalable, well-documented, and aligned with consistent naming conventions and data standards
  • Translate business requirements into functional system configurations and process improvements
  • Manage user access, permissions, and system settings across multiple SaaS platforms
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of system issues to ensure operational continuity
  • Support integration and data flow between systems to improve accuracy and reporting
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for user support, training, and system guidance
  • Create lightweight documentation, guides, and training materials to support adoption and usage
  • Support software renewals, vendor coordination, and system ownership tracking in collaboration with Finance and IT
  • Provide basic IT support including onboarding/offboarding setup, account access, and troubleshooting
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
