Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Engineer or similar enterprise systems role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including configuration and customization.
- Strong experience supporting finance and operations business processes in enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of programming or scripting experience (e.g., C#, Python, PowerShell) and API-based integrations.
- Experience integrating D365 F&O with enterprise applications such as CRM, HRMS, or financial systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data flows, system integration, and automation principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC practices, and compliance frameworks such as SOX or ITIL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise testing or automation tools (e.g., RSAT, Selenium) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and functional ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including architecture, configuration, and system integrations.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and automation to extend platform capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze existing system configurations, processes, and code to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and performance improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues to ensure platform stability and minimal business disruption.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
- Design and implement enhancements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Master Planning modules.
- Develop “as-is” and “to-be” process documentation to support system design, training, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects including system upgrades, integrations, and feature implementations from design through deployment.
- Serve as a tier-2 escalation point for complex technical and functional issues.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks including SOX, audit requirements, and enterprise IT standards.
