Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, account management, or consulting roles
  • Track record of managing large, complex accounts (typically $200K–$2M+ revenue range) within enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and multi-stakeholder decision-making structures
  • Experience selling into regulated or complex industries such as life sciences, pharma, financial services, or technology
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to build strong business cases and negotiate effectively at C-level
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and solve problems in fast-moving environments
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across senior stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable working with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Google Suite)
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 7–15 strategic enterprise accounts, driving expansion, renewal, and upsell opportunities
  • Identify growth opportunities through detailed account research, including organizational mapping, stakeholder analysis, and budget understanding
  • Develop and execute structured account plans to increase product adoption, usage, and revenue across multiple business units
  • Lead retention and expansion strategies, including workshops, executive engagements, and partner coordination initiatives
  • Drive multi-level stakeholder engagement across commercial, medical, IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close enterprise-level, multi-year contracts while ensuring alignment with customer business objectives
  • Manage first-line product, compliance, and operational account inquiries in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and regular sales reporting
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing strategic decisions and promoting long-term partnership value
