Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's or advanced Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science or a related field
  • Structured and hypothesis-driven work with a strong focus on execution and quality of results
  • First experiences in consulting, sales, business development or startup environment (a big plus)
  • Background knowledge or strong interest in IT, SaaS or B2B-Tech (especially system integrations, enterprise software or technical pre-sales) (a significant advantage)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (clear, convincing, and confident in writing and speaking)
  • Proactive, reliable, and a true team player mentality

Responsibilities

  • Deep analysis of target companies (industry, organizational structure, challenges of the operational workforce, digital maturity)
  • Structure hypothesis-driven Discovery frameworks for Solution Engineers
  • Create clear, data-driven value models to quantify Flip's impact for specific customer profiles
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and positioning of competing solutions functionally and technically
  • Support identification of IT infrastructure, system landscapes, and integration requirements of potential customers
  • Assist in translating technical complexity into suitable solutions
  • Support Solution Engineers in demo preparation, RFP/RFI contributions
  • Build reusable Solution Playbooks and Use-Case libraries for key industries
  • Track SE engagement metrics to gain insights for process optimization
