- Senior/Lead Backend experience with architecture ownership (Production shipped)
- Understanding of failure modes: Retries, Idempotency, Consistency, Race Conditions
- Experience with Queues/Eventing
- Experience with Observability/Logging
- Experience with Integration testing
- Experience with E2E testing
- Experience with Regression testing
- Backend development (e.g., Python/FastAPI)
- PostgreSQL
- Queue/Eventing technologies (NATS/Rabbit/Kafka)
- OIDC/SSO
- APIs (Box/HubSpot/Graph/Asana)
- Docker
- Observability tools (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/ELK)
Responsibilities
- Lead backend development and architectural ownership (Production shipped).
- Address failure modes: Retries, Idempotency, Consistency, Race Conditions.
- Implement Queues/Eventing with clean Observability/Logging.
- Conduct serious testing: Integration, E2E, Regression.
- Deliver architecture cuts and minimal service contracts (API/Events) for MVP.
- Define Matter-ID/data model including mapping rules & Idempotency Keys.
- Develop a Workflow Layer with Retries/Backoff, Dead-Letter, Replay, Dedup.
- Implement Security/SSO + Roles/Permissions + Secrets concept.
- Establish Audit Trail: nachvollziehbar – ‘wer/was/wann/warum’ (Correlation IDs/Tracing).
- Set up QA-Gates: E2E/Regression for Versand/Fristen/Audit (CI-ready).
