  • Comfortable using tools to track event progress and analyze performance metrics
  • Europe-based with a willingness to travel for flagship events or major regional community meetups
  • Flawless English skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain brand alignment across diverse cultures

Responsibilities

  • Scale Make’s real-world presence in high-potential growth regions spanning APAC, the Middle East, and specific expansion clusters in the Nordics, Baltics, and beyond
  • Act as the vital link between digital spaces and physical meetups, ensuring local energy translates into global online engagement
  • Scout high-impact markets, sourcing Ambassadors, and ensuring they have the tools and brand alignment needed to host world-class events
  • Research and identify high-impact tech and no-code communities for events
  • Identify and vet potential Ambassadors, ensuring alignment with culture and values
  • Train Ambassadors to use playbooks for high-quality, autonomous events
  • Act as the primary advisor for Ambassadors during event planning, navigating venue sourcing and logistics
  • Execute the Ambassador Program while providing feedback and data for continuous improvement
  • Ensure energy and content from local IRL events are captured and shared back to online community channels
  • Support and motivate Ambassadors daily through clear, consistent communication
  • Manage the distribution of community rewards and event materials
  • Monitor attendance, sentiment, and growth metrics to measure program success and market impact
