Responsibilities
- Engage in constant interaction with customers through product reviews, Gemba walks, end-user interviews, surveys, brainstorming sessions, trade studies, and market research
- Maintain and communicate a high-level product vision while managing and refining the product backlog in close collaboration with development teams
- Drive continuous short-term roadmapping of product development, aligning priorities with evolving customer and market needs
- Present the product vision and key upcoming milestones during each Program Increment (PI) planning session
- Set up and steer the overall delivery strategy, ensuring alignment across teams
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for escalations related to delivery topics
- Support pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, and the onboarding of new customers
- Take ownership of management responsibilities, including people management (mentoring, coaching, growing your team) and budget management (overseeing financial planning and execution)
