Requirements
- Background in the role of a Product Manager in information feeding systems, high-load systems, and B2B product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering, etc. or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of both Engineering and UX domains.
- API Proficiency: adept at reading JSON and/or SQL, utilizing tools like Postman, and interpreting logs.
- User-Driven Mindset: translate metrics, user behaviour, and needs into business values and detailed product requirements, including technical specifications.
- Strong Communication Skills: excel in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, critically evaluating inputs, and collaborating with the Engineering team.
- Solution-Focused and Improvement-Driven: actively seek ways to enhance team processes, product features, and overall product quality.
- Agile Proficiency: well-versed in Scrum, adept at managing iterative development, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear solutions for carriers/retailers that align with company purpose and mission, ensuring long-term success and growth of the platform.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals, particularly enhancing the pre-booking experience and ensuring search results are fast, full, and complete.
- Define and prioritise feature proposals aimed at optimising the user journey, from date selection to filtering results.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless feature delivery.
- Prepare detailed use cases and collaborate with teams to align on technical solutions and achieve critical objectives.
- Take full ownership of feature delivery, from concept to fully outlined specification, ensuring the final product meets business needs and exceeds user expectations.
- Monitor platform performance and propose continuous improvements to meet business goals and user expectations.
