Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon or marketplace media (PPC)
- Experience managing campaigns across the UK, Germany, and other European markets
- Comfortable taking ownership of media strategy
- Confident presenting insights and recommendations to clients
- Experience working in-platform with Amazon Sponsored Ads or a similar PPC model
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP (plus)
- In-Platform experience with campaign bidding/management tools (advantageous)
- Comfortable analysing campaign data to spot trends and opportunities
- Able to build strategic recommendations from performance insights
- Strong communicator with a professional presence and clear client-facing style
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookups, and chart building
- Ability to work independently and effectively multitask across multiple priorities
- Curious and thoughtful approach to data analysis
- Fluency in European languages, in addition to English (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Manage campaigns across the UK, Germany, and other markets
- Analyse performance, present insights to clients, and help drive results
- Act as a key contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments for paid search matters
- Communicate daily with clients and internal departments (content, account management, analytics)
- Plan and run Amazon media campaigns, including strategy, launching activity, testing, and performance review
- Collaborate with media team to develop campaign plans for Amazon and other marketplaces
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot, and refine strategy
- Communicate with account managers and content managers, sharing task execution, timelines, and feedback
- Participate in performance reviews and help others grow
