Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook isn't written yet
Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations
Familiarity with what it takes to drive change within large healthcare organizations
Experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems (Nice to Have)
Experience building AI-powered products or working on agentic tooling (Nice to Have)
Background at a company selling into top health systems (Nice to Have)

Discovery & requirements definition

Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration
Partner closely with engineering leads throughout the product development process, involving them early and often in customer conversations and solutioning
Go deep with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear, well-reasoned product direction
Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving forward in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes
Contribute to building out Clarium's product practice; processes, norms, and ways of working that don't yet fully exist
