Requirements

Currently pursuing BA LLB / BBA LLB or an LLM
Recent law graduate from a reputed Indian law school
Comfortable using Generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar)
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in standard legal research databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, or equivalent)
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple tracks and deadlines in parallel
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Genuine interest in in-house legal practice at a fast-growing SaaS company
Prior interest or coursework in data privacy, IP, or technology law is a plus

Responsibilities

Support NDA intake, review, and execution through CLMs
Help CLM administer in day to day management of the tools, including keeping agreement metadata, status, and key dates current
Track procurement requests coming in and keeping the team updated on the priorities
Shadow to understand how the legal procurement process works end-to-end
Conduct research across SaaS commercial topics
Conduct research on data privacy (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA)
Conduct research on IP and local regulatory matters
