- Strong portfolio across digital, campaign, and brand work

- Mastery of Canva
- Experience leveraging AI tools to scale creative production
- Deep understanding of typography
- Deep understanding of color
- Deep understanding of layout
- Deep understanding of brand systems
- Ability to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling
- Experience preparing files for print and digital production
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with pixel-level execution
Responsibilities
- Help bring brand vision to life across channels
- Contribute to the evolution and scalability of visual identity
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts for paid media and campaigns
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts for email and lifecycle marketing
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts for landing pages and digital experiences
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts for social and influencer content
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts for sales materials and investor presentations
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts for packaging and in-box experiences
- Evolve brand aesthetic to feel elevated, science-forward, and human
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Partner with writers and growth leaders to concept campaign ideas
- Partner with writers and growth leaders to develop visual frameworks
- Execute performance-driven creative
- Maintain brand integrity across paid and owned channels
