Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting or investment analysis
- Strong experience with office, mixed use, or institutional CRE assets
- Experience with ARGUS Enterprise preferred (strong Excel modeling required)
- Experience supporting acquisitions or development underwriting
- Exposure to debt underwriting (DSCR, loan sizing)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Fluent in English
- Strong experience with ARGUS Enterprise
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Experience underwriting both commercial (office, retail, industrial) and residential (multifamily, BTR/SFR) property types
- Debt underwriting experience is required
Responsibilities
- Underwrite commercial real estate deals including office, mixed use, and urban infill assets
- Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel for acquisitions and development projects
- Use ARGUS Enterprise to analyze property level cash flows and valuations
- Support development underwriting including assumptions around lease up, capex, and timelines
- Perform debt analysis including DSCR, loan sizing, and capital structure evaluation
- Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and market data
- Prepare investment memos and underwriting summaries for internal decision making
- Work closely with a US based team on active deals
