Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strong expertise with modern GTM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Experience with BI platforms
  • Experience with subscription or CPQ systems
  • Proven ability to build accurate revenue forecasts and translate complex data into actionable, board-ready insights
  • Experience optimizing funnel performance and improving conversion rates across multi-stage SaaS sales cycles
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and growth-oriented environment with high autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end revenue operations function, including GTM planning, quota modeling, forecasting, and annual revenue planning in collaboration with Finance and executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain accurate, board-level revenue forecasts across subscriptions, payments, and add-on products, ensuring strong alignment between pipeline, churn, and ARR performance.
  • Audit, optimize, and manage the full GTM tech stack, improving data quality, attribution logic, and workflow automation across systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Design and refine funnel architecture across PLG, sales-assist, and expansion motions, including conversion tracking, SLA definitions, and performance dashboards.
  • Lead initiatives to improve pipeline efficiency, including lead scoring models, routing systems, and conversion optimization across key funnel stages.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver actionable insights, pricing experiments, and revenue growth strategies.
