Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in business process reengineering, transformation, or enterprise IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business process modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms, including SAP S/4HANA exposure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and design effective process improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with data and reporting tools such as SQL and Excel, along with documentation and tracking tools like ADO.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience across domains such as billing, invoicing, finance, payments, CRM, or data migration (ETL) is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by evaluating current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes to identify improvement opportunities and define optimized workflows.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions to capture requirements, align expectations, and ensure clarity across business and technical teams.
  • Develop detailed process flows, business blueprints, user stories, and functional documentation to support solution design and implementation.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), business rules, and success metrics to measure process effectiveness and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and implementation teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into functional solutions.
  • Support testing activities including test case preparation, UAT coordination, and validation of delivered solutions against business requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and track project activities using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring transparency and traceability.
  • Support end-user training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of redesigned processes.
