- Experience working in regulated environments, ideally within healthcare or medical device industries
- Familiarity with system integrations such as HL7 is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack engineering strategy and architecture across front-end, back-end, data, and integration systems supporting critical healthcare applications.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing software engineering team, focusing on technical excellence, engagement, and career development.
- Partner with product and UX teams to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and feature development aligned with business and clinical needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, regulatory, project management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Drive delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant software solutions within a regulated medical device environment.
- Oversee production deployment planning, incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, development methodologies, and tooling to increase efficiency and product quality.
