Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in automation, integrations, or internal tool development
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier or similar platforms
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience working with APIs, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting integrations
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business workflows into technical solutions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders in Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for business users
- Experience with AI tools, automation frameworks, or internal developer platforms (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into structured technical solutions by identifying inefficiencies and designing automation opportunities
- Build and deploy internal tools, AI agents, and automated workflows using low-code platforms and scripting (Python/JavaScript)
- Design, implement, and maintain API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between internal systems and tools
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Continuously optimize and enhance existing tools based on user feedback and real-world usage
- Leverage and maximize existing technology stack creatively to deliver scalable solutions without unnecessary tooling expansion
- Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on automation solutions to improve internal efficiency and productivity
