Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • Strong background in digital health, femtech, wearables, consumer health, or adjacent industries
  • Proven experience building and managing affiliate, revenue-share, or performance-based partnership models
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, high-impact commercial deals that drive measurable growth
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to prioritize, structure, and negotiate effectively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, product, and marketing
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments with evolving processes
  • Existing network in wearables, telehealth, or women’s health ecosystems is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with regulated industries or healthcare compliance frameworks is a plus
  • US-based, preferably East Coast, with experience collaborating with global or European teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full partnership strategy across wearables, telehealth, and consumer health verticals
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships that drive user growth and business expansion
  • Manage existing wearable and hardware partnerships, focusing on performance optimization and increased adoption
  • Build and scale a pipeline of telehealth partners, including insurance-based and direct-to-consumer models
  • Develop innovative consumer health partnerships, including bundling, co-subscription, and white-label opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end, including structuring deals, pricing models, and contract execution
  • Centralize and prioritize inbound and outbound partnership opportunities through a structured pipeline approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, product, finance, and marketing to close and activate deals
  • Represent the organization in senior-level external partner discussions and strategic negotiations
