Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles
- Experience in healthcare technology or platform products
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability, including APIs, EHR integrations, and healthcare data exchange workflows
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or similar healthcare integration frameworks
- Experience building or scaling platform products and shared capabilities in complex enterprise environments
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage deeply on system design, APIs, and data models
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deliver in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a bias toward execution and impact
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make thoughtful trade-offs in evolving product landscapes
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for interoperability capabilities, ensuring alignment with platform goals and organizational priorities
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities that expand the value and scalability of healthcare data exchange
- Translate complex customer, partner, and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, and cross-functional product teams to deliver platform enhancements
- Navigate evolving interoperability standards, regulatory requirements, and integration constraints to guide product direction
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, measurement, and continuous iteration
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization
