Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success within a digital marketing agency
  • Proven track record managing B2B North American client accounts in a retainer-based model
  • Strong experience driving retention, renewals, upsells, and client expansion
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with revenue accountability
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content, web development)
  • Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Jira)
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence leading client calls and difficult conversations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and campaign performance data
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and trust
  • Manage account performance across SEO, PPC, content, and development initiatives
  • Drive revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and reduced churn
  • Lead client communications, performance reviews, and strategic advisory calls
  • Analyze campaign data and KPIs (ROI, CPL, CAC, CSAT, NPS) to identify optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure timely execution and issue resolution
  • Oversee onboarding, adoption, and ongoing client engagement with agency services
  • Handle escalations with a solutions-oriented and professional approach
  • Maintain CRM records, reporting dashboards, and client documentation
