Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, with a passion for AI and eagerness to adopt agentic tooling and AI-assisted workflows
  • A resourceful problem solver who takes ownership of ambiguous challenges independently
  • Hands-on proficiency in Braze or a comparable marketing automation platform (segmentation, dynamic content, Liquid logic, multi-channel orchestration, experimentation)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and QA campaign code independently (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid templating)
  • Solid analytical instincts for interpreting campaign performance data, sizing audiences, mapping funnels, and packaging experiment results
  • A strong understanding of user journeys and lifecycle stages
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with Design, Product, Engineering, Data, and CX partners
  • Comfortable in a high-velocity environment, balancing multiple concurrent campaigns and experiments
  • Comfortable working in Figma to review, annotate, and collaborate on journey prototypes and campaign designs
  • Broad awareness of growth marketing beyond lifecycle

Responsibilities

  • Work in an AI-native way, actively applying AI tools across the full campaign lifecycle for briefs, copy, segmentation, QA, and reporting
  • Build and evolve the promotions playbook, owning the execution of incentives and seasonal promotions, and contributing to strategy
  • Drive activation, engagement, and promotion participation using behavioral signals, segmentation, and propensity data
  • Think in cohorts and funnels, mapping client journeys and surfacing insights for targeting and conversion
  • Run rigorous, incrementality-focused experiments, analyzing results independently and advocating for effective strategies
  • Shape lifecycle infrastructure, designing scalable programs and partnering with Product and Engineering for automation and personalization
  • Embed with cross-functional partners, collaborating with Design, Product, and Engineering to optimize client journeys
