Requirements
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience implementing and managing marketing automations for customers across the customer journey
- Proven examples of impactful projects translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience running A/B and multivariate experiments in lifecycle channels.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and communicate optimally with broad groups of partners and teammates
- Balanced strategic, analytical and operational thinker, with proven ability to extract insights that inform marketing strategy; SQL knowledge a plus
- Personal finance knowledge/experience is a big bonus, but not required.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations within the financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with marketing platforms, Iterable is a plus.
- BS or MS, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage personalized, multi-channel marketing programs designed to increase client’s financial knowledge, grow their savings, and help them find the next product that s right for them.
- Work closely with Data Science & Engineering, Product Marketing, Consumer Research and Creative to develop personalized programs developed with qualitative and quantitative insights that contribute to business goals.
- Use Wealthfront’s customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, product usage and behaviors to develop automated and scalable marketing programs.
- Oversee end-to-end development and management of lifecycle marketing campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, etc), including strategy, A/B testing, campaign development, reporting, and optimization.
- Measure and communicate performance and impact of marketing programs.
