Requirements
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study preferred
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
- Ability to travel to multiple work sites and maintain a flexible schedule
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching roles
- Proven success supporting both inside sales (phone-based) and outside sales (field or door-to-door) environments, including experience working with or training contractor teams
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale training programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience developing structured training content, onboarding programs, and instructional materials
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms (Articulate 360 preferred), sales enablement tools, and data/reporting dashboards (e.g., SalesRabbit or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable training improvements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telecommunications or other rapid-growth, performance-driven industries strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension
- Proficiency in Spanish Language desirable
- Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications
Responsibilities
- Manage existing training programs and ensure alignment with business goals and sales strategy
- Identify performance gaps across sales teams and develop targeted training solutions
- Align training initiatives with sales campaigns, promotions, and customer experience priorities
- Track, measure, and report on training effectiveness and business impact
- Design and implement structured training programs for inside sales, field (D2D), and contractor teams
- Develop engaging curriculum covering customer discovery, objection handling, product knowledge, CRM utilization, and sales strategy
- Facilitate recurring training sessions to reinforce core competencies and introduce new sales concepts
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across inside sales, field teams, and contractor channels
- Facilitate ongoing workshops, role-playing sessions, and refresher training to support continuous skill development
- Travel to regional markets to support new territory launches and provide in-field coaching for D2D and contractor sales teams
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, skill gaps, and training opportunities across channels
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, L&D, and Operations to ensure training content reflects current campaigns, messaging, and business priorities
