- Distinctive written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for travel and the role Tripadvisor can play for travelers and partners
- Experience within the travel and hospitality industry (plus)
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making
- Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Supporting and driving robust strategy efforts for key areas of the business to determine traveler/partner/market needs, understand competitive positioning, identify potential paths forward, and set the right strategy for Tripadvisor
- Driving quarterly
- Working with teams to execute by ensuring necessary resourcing and a clear understanding of roles, metrics, milestones, and activities
- Facilitating the performance management cadence to ensure progress across all metrics and milestones, and create transparency into status, barriers, etc.
- Supporting strategy team leaders and key business leaders as they execute the plan for each initiative to overcome barriers, solve problems, re-allocate resources, and adjust as needed based on internal and external factors
