Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting)
- Experience managing multiple eCommerce/DTC accounts simultaneously (agency experience preferred)
- Strong background in email marketing for product-based brands
- Confident leading client-facing strategy calls and driving decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack
- Understanding of eCommerce metrics (AOV, LTV, CVR, retention) and lifecycle marketing
- Copywriting or copy-review experience for email campaigns
- Exposure to Omnisend, CRO, or paid traffic alignment
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, owning strategy and performance
- Lead weekly client calls, present insights, and handle feedback professionally
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns and flows within Klaviyo
- Create campaign briefs, oversee execution, and QA emails before sending
- Monitor performance daily and track key KPIs (open rate, click rate, bounce rate, revenue per recipient)
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven improvements
- Propose and execute A/B tests, segmentation strategies, and new lifecycle flows
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
