Requirements

  • Experience in Construction tech, SaaS industry, or Construction
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Experience with HubSpot, preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Working knowledge of current tech stack: RingCentral, GSuite, Zoom, preferred
  • BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
  • English/Spanish speaking, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Contact potential General Contractors (GC) through cold calls and emails
  • Prospecting and lead qualification to sub-contractor is a good fit
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Schedule demos between (prospective) GC and GC CSM
  • Educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential GC
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Represent our company’s preconstruction solutions, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our product(s) and solutions meet their needs
  • Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the HubSpot
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual department goals as well as KPI’s
