Requirements
- Experience in Construction tech, SaaS industry, or Construction
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with HubSpot, preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Working knowledge of current tech stack: RingCentral, GSuite, Zoom, preferred
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- English/Spanish speaking, preferred
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Contact potential General Contractors (GC) through cold calls and emails
- Prospecting and lead qualification to sub-contractor is a good fit
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Schedule demos between (prospective) GC and GC CSM
- Educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential GC
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Represent our company’s preconstruction solutions, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our product(s) and solutions meet their needs
- Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the HubSpot
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
- Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual department goals as well as KPI’s
