Requirements

  • Experience in qualifying and converting inbound sales leads in a SaaS or similar environment
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and position appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology sales is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed global team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing pipeline activity

Responsibilities

  • Manage, qualify, and prioritize inbound leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, budgets, and timelines
  • Route qualified opportunities to Sales Executives or channel partners
  • Independently convert smaller SaaS opportunities and support trial-to-customer conversions
  • Follow up on dormant or unqualified leads to re-engage potential prospects
  • Support RFP/RFX intake and coordination activities as needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper pipeline tracking and data hygiene
  • Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align outreach efforts
  • Contribute to outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives to support pipeline growth
