Requirements
- Experience in qualifying and converting inbound sales leads in a SaaS or similar environment
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and position appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology sales is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed global team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing pipeline activity
Responsibilities
- Manage, qualify, and prioritize inbound leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, budgets, and timelines
- Route qualified opportunities to Sales Executives or channel partners
- Independently convert smaller SaaS opportunities and support trial-to-customer conversions
- Follow up on dormant or unqualified leads to re-engage potential prospects
- Support RFP/RFX intake and coordination activities as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper pipeline tracking and data hygiene
- Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align outreach efforts
- Contribute to outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives to support pipeline growth
