Requirements

Experience in a people-related role (talent acquisition, people operations, onboarding, or similar)
Experience with coordination and administrative tasks
Experience coordinating and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and timezones
Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or HR management system (HRMS/HRIS)
Experience maintaining records and keeping information accurate and up to date in ATS/HRMS/HRIS
Exposure to interviews (screening, coordinating, or observing)
Eager to develop skills further in interviews
Experience working with and coordinating across global distributed teams
Ability to navigate time zones with ease
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
Experience collaborating with team members
Understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships
Passionate about talent acquisition
Eager to grow knowledge of recruitment operations, candidate experience, and hiring best practices

Responsibilities

Own the operational and administrative layer of the recruitment process, from resume screening and interview coordination to ATS maintenance and inbox management
Keep hiring workflows organized, accurate, and compliant across all active markets
Contribute to inclusive hiring by maintaining candidate records consistently
Review postings for exclusionary language and ensure every applicant receives equitable, professional communication
Support the hiring team through interview coordination, scheduling, and maintaining role content, hiring materials, and training resources
Stay connected to hiring trends, global talent market shifts, and employer brand activity
Support continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition
